The Alesis Debut Electronic Drum Kit is the ultimate all-in-one package guaranteed to inspire new players. This entry-level kit comes with all the accessories required to start playing straight out of the box. The Debut comes with four 6” adjustable mesh-head drums that provide a natural feel and make very little noise compared to the rubber pads that most starter kits come with. The three 10” cymbal pads offer a nice broad playing surface and the compact hi-hat and bass drum pedals are easy to play and offer a good response. Also included in the box is a throne, a set of headphones and some drumsticks - absolutely everything you need to get grooving.

Aimed at learners, the Debut’s sound module features 10 versatile drum kit presets made up of 120 different drum sounds. Each sound is rendered as realistically as possible using Alesis’ Intelligent Dynamic Articulation technology. It also has an integrated drum coach with 30 play-along tracks, as well as a selection of rhythmic exercises. Players of the Debut will also get access to 60 free lessons from Melodics - a great teaching app that will set you on your path and make learning a fun process. 

The Debut comes with a set of headphones so you can practice privately to your heart's content without irritating your neighbours, but can also be connected to an external sound system or amplifier should you want to kick out some volume - and if you want to play along to your favourite tracks, a handy 1/8” TRS auxiliary input allows you to connect your phone or tablet.
