Description
This impressive Barnes and Mullins Concert Tenor Ukulele is an attractive instrument crafted from exotic Koa, a rare and highly sought after hardwood that grows exclusively in Hawaii - the birthplace of the Ukulele. It is a dense wood with an interlocking grain which gives it great strength and shock-absorption qualities. It resonates beautifully with a warm, striking tone that projects well, and it’s grain is especially striking.
Koa is often described as ‘chatoyant’ - possessing a natural, ‘cats-eye’ iridescence - and features a swirling, marble like quality. Each panel of this ukulele bears this highly unique and interesting grain pattern, and the top features beautiful binding.
Black machine heads and black buttons finish off the look with style. This Barnes and Mullins Concert Tenor Ukulele is a truly stunning instrument.
