The MD-500 is home to many original effects - created with BOSS tech - as well as a library of authentic sonic recreations inspired by vintage classics such as the  CE-1 Chorus Ensemble, Roland Dimension D, ‘70s script phaser, ‘80s tri-chorus, and many, many more. The assignable stomp-box switches allow you to choose between effects or even use two patches simultaneously, and if you need more real-time control, the MD-500's flexible external loop lets you insert your own effects pedals into your effects chain. Hands-on dials are also available for quick and easy deep-dive editing, supported by a large integrated LCD screen. These controls allow you to explore and refine your sounds with precision, while also offering an easy way to navigate throught the DD-500's well-designed interface so you can keep your files organised and manageable. Theres even a USB connection that allows you to connect the DD-500 to your computer, enabling you to back up your patches and explore even more function controls.
