This 7.5kg rug has a layer of heavy-duty carpet with a thick 2.5mm anti-slip rubber backing to keep it from slipping and sliding on stage. The 4mm thick carpet surface is made of durable, waterproof polyamide velours which provide substantial grip and make for easy maintenance - this rug can be kept nice and clean with good-ol’ soapy water.
