The KT-10 is the latest concept from Roland that provides a compact, all in one kick trigger unit to use in combination with any Roland drum or percussion module. It provides an authentic feel, yet is almost silent due to the lack of a traditional bass drum beater. The beater mechanism is replaced with a unique reverse counter weight system that replicates the feel of the traditional beater but without the associated noise, yet responds with a fast and fluid action. Due to its compact size, it also sits comfortably along side a traditional pedal when used in a hybrid kit set up.
