The Epiphone Les Paul Custom Koa Electric Guitar is a stunning guitar made from Mahogany and featuring a Koa top. This guitar's rock and roll attitude cannot be suppressed, thanks to its duo of ProBucker pickups. Early LPs were fitted with Seth Lover’s iconic PAF (Patent Applied For) humbuckers which would arguably shape the sound of rock and roll, but as time has passed, have proven to be a little pricey. Epiphone has done a wonderful job of recreating that PAF-style punchy tone in the shape of the ProBucker and the Epiphone Les Paul Custom Koa is a beneficiary of these great pickups. Just like the original PAFs, the ProBuckers create the same clear, overwound, full-bodied punch that has become the LP’s signature sound.
