The Evans EQ3 20” Bass Drum Batter Head is constructed of 2 plies of 6.5mil premium film and an internal overtone control ring with a removable muffle ring that offers the opportunity to sculpt your tone to your preference. Featuring a well-balanced mix of attack, low-end depth and great sustain, this head is a consistent performer and its 2 ply construction renders it strong and durable. It also features Evans Level 360 Technology for easy tuning.

The Evans EQ3 20” Bass Drum Batter Head also features Evans’ unique Level 360 Technology. Unlike other heads, Level 360 heads have roll-over rims that feature a steeper collar, ensuring the most balanced contact with the bearing edge of the shell. This allows for optimised head-shell contact and a better fitting head, resulting in a drum that will be easier to tune and hold its tuning better.
