Evans Genera 13” Coated Snare Drum Head

The Evans Genera 13” Coated Snare Drum Head generates a full-bodied, warm tone with a sharp attack and reduced sustain. Strong and durable, this head is constructed of a single-ply of 10mil film and features a 2mil overtone control ring on its underside that helps to reduce unwanted overtones and limits sustain. This results in a head with a fat, snappy bite and a quick falloff.

The Evans Genera 13” Coated Snare Drum Head also features Evans’ revolutionary Level 360 Technology. Unlike other heads, Level 360 heads have roll-over rims that feature a steeper collar, ensuring the most balanced contact with the bearing edge of the shell. This allows for optimised head-shell contact and a better fitting head, resulting in a drum that will be easier to tune and hold its tuning for longer.
