About DeliveryThe Evans Genera 14” Coated Snare Drum Head possesses a full-bodied, warm tone, a bright, rapid attack and reduced sustain. Constructed of a single-ply of super-durable 10mil film, this head also features a 2mil overtone control ring on its underside that reduces unwanted overtones and limits sustain, resulting in a fat, snappy bite with a quick falloff.
The Evans Genera 14” Coated Snare Drum Head also features Evans’ revolutionary Level 360 Technology. Unlike other heads, Level 360 heads have roll-over rims that feature a steeper collar, ensuring the most balanced contact with the bearing edge of the shell. This allows for optimised head-shell contact and a better fitting head, resulting in a drum that will be easier to tune and hold its tuning for longer.
