Fender Player Stratocaster HSS Electric Guitar - Polar White

The Fender Player Stratocaster HSS Electric Guitar is a solidly-built instrument designed to give players of all standards access to high Fender quality. Made in Mexico (MIM), this guitar meets the same bar of excellence set by Fender’s US-manufactured models but comes in at a fraction of the cost. The Player series is a collection of streamlined, workhorse instruments with performance standards that belie their price. 

The Fender Player Strat’s easily identifiable body shape is crafted out of solid Alder wood and has a well-balanced, even tone. Its considerable mid-range, smooth low end and rich highs make it an ideal tonewood for a versatile guitar such as a Strat. A Maple neck adds just the right amount of top-end purity to help cut an easy swathe through even the noisiest of mixes and it’s modern ‘C’-shape profile supports many playing styles. The ideal size and shape to fit firmly yet comfortably in hand, this neck profile allows easy reach to all six strings while still being thick enough to provide ample support for your hand to minimise fatigue.

A South American Pau Ferro fingerboard shares tonal qualities similar to those of Rosewood and Ebony. This perfectly smooth fretboard features 22 jumbo frets  - rather than the standard 21 - that grants the player access to a whole four octaves and unlocks the door to many more creative options. In place of the traditional three single-coil configuration, Fender has equipped this Player Strat with an HSS setup for additional grit and adaptability. This combo allows you to adjust your sound to fit perfectly into any mix and is controlled by a five-way pickup switch and dedicated tone knobs; one for the neck and middle pickups and one dedicated to the bridge. 

This Fender Player Strat also has a 2-point tremolo, a feature usually only seen on Fender’s pricier, allowing you as the player to achieve unique sounds and smooth vibrato. With the body finished in a cool Polar White, this guitar not only sounds amazing, but looks great, both in the studio and on stage.
