About DeliveryThe Pegasus was a mythical beast; a divine creature born to gods and bound to serve. It took the form of a winged horse that courageously carried its rider into battle and fearlessly fought by their side. It's these traits that inspired the naming of the Mapex Black Panther 'Pegasus'.
This 14 x 5.5" Maple & Walnut snare drum will tirelessly follow you down any musical path and carry you assuredly. It is a fine workhorse drum with a great dynamic range capable of taking flight when required. The Pegasus’ shell is crafted from a 7-ply Maple and Walnut mixture and at 6.15mm, has a slightly dark character.
The Pegasus also features SONIClear 45° bearing edges, Sonic Saver hoops, double-ended B-Lugs and a stable cylinder-drive strainer all designed to keep your sound dialled in and held consistently.
