Marshall Origin - 50 Watts
Marshall's Origin range delivers the rich tonal qualities that have become heavily associate with the older models. However, if you're looking for one of those original amplifiers, you'll not only find the search difficult, but also might find that the price is eye-wateringly expensive and that the amp can be somewhat unreliable!
That's why the Marshall Origin series is making such waves in the industry; far more affordable, lighter in weight (at under 10kg) and the all the benefits of modern construction and reliability.
Driven by 3 x ECC83 (12AX7) preamp and 2 x EL34 power valves which give the Marshall Origin 50w that highly desirable crunchy 'British' tone. Equipped with 3-band EQ and a unique "Tilt" control, based on multi-input technology from classic amps such as the 1959SLP and JTM-45, the user can blend the tone from normal to high treble using a single control knob, adding another level of versatility to this amp.
Unlike older Marshall valve amps, it is equipped with all new power handling technology that allows the user to select high, mid or low volume (1w / 10w / 50w) meaning that you'll be able to play the amp at a significantly lower volume with full valve tone - making it as suitable for bedroom practice as it is for pushing it to the max on stage!
Including other necessary modern additions such as FX Loop send and return and compatibility with an included footswitch, this is a powerful, great sounding amp for any situation.
