The Backbeat Pro Tambourine comprises of a blackened brass ring made from Meinl Cymbal alloy, with eight pairs of steel jingles attached. Place the ring atop of your drum head and convert your drum sound, adding a musical sprinkling of tambourine sizzle to your beat.

The ring is designed to make full 360 degree contact around the drum head, providing increased dynamic control, and also has a raised edge that increases the level of attack when rimshotting.
