Wembley Drum Centre is excited to introduce you to the Odery Cafe Kit. One of the fastest selling kits we've ever had - don't hesitate because these'll be gone in a flash. Utilising a seriously cool design set-up, which allows the kit to fit neatly in the corner of even the smallest venues, it's an ideal main kit for constantly gigging pub drummers. It can be taken apart in a flash and reassembled in no time at all and is compact enough to fit into a car boot with room to spare! Also at a price point that makes this a seriously great choice for a beginner looking for a first drum set, the Cafe kit really is a drum kit for all ages and abilities.
However, the magic really happens when you hear the kit in action (see it for yourself in the video tab above!) - it's highly responsive and sounds great when playing with quick stick work, and shows off a really great tone that'll work for any style or genre. With plenty of higher end frequencies due to the micro sizes, the Cafe kit won't overpower guitars and bass when played in tiny venues, whilst it retains a charming warm tone which we're sure you're going to love!

- Well thought out space saving kitReview by KP
After much web searching for a kit that was small enough to fit in the space I have available and that would function as a ‘proper’ kit and not a toy I settled on the Odery Cafe kit. I ordered from Wembley Music Centre and the kit was delivered the very next day.
The drums, stands and fixings are all boxed up within one larger box and everything is well protected. The snare drum (12”) and two toms (10” & 12”) are pre- assembled. First job was to put the skins on the bass drum (14” x 11”), add the spurs and the pedal. This was easily done. There are no set up instructions however there was an advertising leaflet sent with the packing note which illustrated the assembled kit which was useful in adding the toms to the bass drum. The only confusing issue I had was that the snare attachment fixing to the hi-hat came in a box marked tom - tom holder! It is worth repeating that cymbals, throne and sticks are not included.
Playing the kit (after a break of many years) brought back all the memories of a full size kit. All drums can be tuned to suit the user. The snare gives a crisp response (snare also adjustable). The hi-hat and cymbal stand are very sturdy as is the bass drum pedal. The kit looks good, is well finished and the hardware fixed to the drums is of a good quality. For practice at home I have also changed the heads for mesh heads – the change on all 4 drums was very quick and easy owing to the way the head tensioners function. The drums are well secured and despite constant playing have not slipped or moved out of position. The finish on the inside of the drums is tidy.
I am very impressed with this kit and I am already trying to work out if I have room for the expansion kit (additional 20” bass drum with existing bass turned into a floor tom). A lot of thought was put into the design and functional suitability of this kit. I would certainly recommend the Odery café kit.
