This Satin Black Decade Maple kit kicks out a clean, focused sound and possesses a tonal range that responds when played at all dynamic levels. From the clearest highs to the meatiest lows, this kit projects very well indeed, thanks to Pearl’s Superior Shell Technology.

The innovative SST manufacturing process uses a combination of extreme heat and pressure to shape and mould these 6-ply 100% Maple shells to precise dimensions, providing them with immense strength and great structural integrity. The mounted toms are afforded a heightened degree of resonance thanks to Pearl’s Opti-Loc Mounting system. This suspension mount uses a low-contact design that reduces choke and allows your shells to sing as freely as possible. The mount affixes to the tom shells tuning rods so there is no direct contact with the shell, letting it open up and vibrate as fully as possible.

To ensure you can get set up and grooving straight away, this kit also comes with a full set of Pearls 800 series hardware that contains a bass drum pedal, a boom cymbal stand, a straight cymbal stand, a hi-hat stand, snare stand and tom mounts.
