The Opti-Loc mounts to the tom via its hardware, limiting contact with the shell itself so it is allowed to resonate fully without choking. By attaching to the drums tuning rods and air vent with the use of rubber vibration isolators, this minimised contact system keeps your drum resonating fully whilst offering stable, secure support.

As well as possessing a broad tonal spectrum individually, these drums have a well-balanced collective tonal range and deliver their beefy lows and glassy highs with focused projection. This is thanks to Pearl’s Superior Shell Technology. This innovative manufacturing process shapes each drum using a combination of extreme high-temperature and 1000 PSI of hydraulic pressure, ensuring that they come out of the mould in precise dimensions and superior strength.
