This 6-ply 100% Maple kit is a wonderful kit with a huge sound and plenty of character. The Pearl Decade 6-piece in Gloss Deep Red Burst promises a focused, controlled sound with clear highs and thumping, beefy lows. This kit has a great presence and a lot of well-balanced projection. 

This kit sounds so amazing thanks to Pearl’s Superior Shell Technology. This innovative manufacturing process uses a combination of high-temperature moulds and 1000 PSI of hydraulic pressure to shape the shells and imbue them with a high degree of strength and structural integrity - these shells are built to withstand the apocalypse.

While the world ends, these shells will still be singing. Their awesome tones are allowed the freedom to really sing, thanks to Pearl’s Opti-Loc Mounting system, a suspension mount designed to allow your shells to express their optimum voice. These shells resonate freely with minimal choking or dampening thanks to the Opti-Loc’s low-contact design. It holds the toms securely in place using two tuning rods and one air vent, meaning there is no contact directly to the shell. This minimum contact approach and the use of rubber vibration isolators keeps your drum resonating as freely as is possible. 

These drums don't only perform brilliantly, they also look absolutely fantastic, finished in a high-quality, sumptuous Gloss Deep Red Burst. It's a tasty aesthetic that matches this kits raw, warm sound perfectly.
