Pearl’s Masters Maple Complete drums offer the quintessential performance for hard-working drummers of any standard. This shell pack features four shells crafted from the highest quality North American Maple using their EvenPly 6 shell process - 6 layers of ply, 5.4mm thick that possess a fine balance of power, warmth, and exceptional tonal purity. This fine set of shells consists of a 22 x 18” bass drum, 16 x 14” floor tom, 12 x 8 rack tom, 10 x 7 rack tom and comes in a honey-rich, super-glossy Almond Red Stripe finish.

Incorporating reduced-thickness, cross-laminated plies, these shells possess all of the tonal clarity and superior resonance of Pearl’s Masters MMX series - mixed with the energy and power of their MRX line. Each shell features a 45° bearing edge which enhances projection and resonance thanks to its minimal-contact design. Their thin yet strong construction and great tonewood properties give these drums potent, vibrant energy that powers a strong, booming bottom-end and forceful, bright attack. Each of the mounted toms is fitted with Pearl’s aluminium OptiMount Suspension System for the best possible support and freedom; these brilliant low-contact mounts attach to the tom’s tension rods as opposed to the shell, providing rock-solid stability while allowing the shell to resonate to its full potential.

The gleaming chrome hardware fitted to these shells adds another level of sophistication and is designed - and proven - to increase the sustain and tonal resonance of the drum. Each tom is fitted with triple-flanged SuperHoop II Hoops that help to focus tone and Classic Bridge Lugs limit contact with the shell for maximised resonance. The 22 x 18” undrilled bass drum features stylish, matching wood hoops, a set of ultra-sturdy SP-30 spurs and possesses a monstrous low-end thump that you can control with the included full-size bass drum muffling pillow.
