The Roland VAD706 V-Drums Acoustic Design Kit is a five-piece kit featuring Roland's TD-50X sound module, full-size hand-crafted wooden shells and double-braced chrome stands that offer a sensational drumming experience like never before. The TD-50X sound module is full of voices of outstanding quality, meticulously sampled from some of the best kits found around the world. It offers many incredibly powerful editing tools that provide control over a huge selection of adjustable parameters, enabling you to create authentic-sounding, unique kits. The VAD series features digital snares and ride cymbals with unparalleled sensitivity and the VAD706 takes digital performance to another level thanks to the addition of the amazing VH-14D Digital Hi-Hat. Never before has an electronic hi-hat offered such a broad range of sensitivity and sophistication. All of the drum pads are housed in full-size wooden shells that add a sense of body to the look and feel of the kit, as well as generate an acoustic sonic presence that enhances the electronic sounds.
