Sabian Big Ugly Series 22 Inch Monarch Ride Cymbal - XSR2280M
This 22 inch Monarch ride from Sabian is big, and maybe a little bit ugly but that's all part of the charm! It's unlathed and has a rough, scratched appearance which adds to overall pro-level tone. Medium-thin in weight, it has a slightly less bright tonally than a lot of cymbals and has a fairly deep and complex tone to it that'll really blend well into any mix.
Excellent for crashing, it projects powerfully with a great vintagey sound and with a mid-pitched, fairly quickly decaying ping from the bell - this is a cymbal that'll work fantastically for any genre you can throw it at.
