It's what we’ve all been waiting for - the hi-hat counterpart to Tama’s acclaimed Dyna Sync Bass drum pedal, delivering the same accurate response and amazing performance. The Tama Dyna-Sync Hi-Hat Stand features the same size footboard and dual-linkage connection as the bass drum pedal, providing a comfortable, matching feel.

The tension of the rod can be set quickly and easily - there are six tension levels with handy visible markers so you know exactly what it is set to. A Quick-Set Clutch can be rapidly attached or removed with just one simple push of a button, and its innovative design allows for the top hat to “float”, optimising its resonance.

The Tama Dyna Sync Hi-Hat Stand’s tension rod has been given some attention to help improve its performance. It now features a specially-designed “non-loosening” set of plastic and metal nuts that ensure the rod stays stable and secure. The rod is also well protected during transportation; Tama’s Spare-The-Rod tension rod protector is installed in the upper section of the stands tubing, so when you pack down, your rod is locked into the tube by the clutch, so it won't get bent up in your hardware case. The hi-hat stands durable rubber feet feature the Duo-Spike, a nifty feature that allows you to extrude a metal spur by using a standard drum key.

The angle of the footboard is often a neglected factor of drum pedals, but Tama recognises the huge amount of difference even the slightest increment of change can make. This is why they developed the Dyna Sync with a focus on being able to customise your footboard angle to suit your personal style and make the pedal respond to you as optimally as possible. The unique footboard angle adjustment is safely housed at the clam-shaped connection point between linkage and footboard and can be fully adjusted to suit your style.

The footplate’s two-piece bearing hinge holds the bearing more evenly than other one-piece designs, maximising the smooth feel of the pedals action while minimizing stress and adding additional “wallop” to the impact of the beater.
