Tama Roadpro Snare Stand - Low Height HS80LOW

The Tama HS80LOW RoadPro Snare Stand is designed for low-set and deep snare drums. Its low-position basket allows your snare to be held at a much lower height than most standard snare stands, which makes it ideal for drummers who use super-deep snare drums and smaller/younger players who need their snare at a lower height.

The HS80LOW features an easy-to-use Quick-Set tilter that, once set in your desired position, will remain completely secure. This is thanks to its toothless design; instead, it employs a fiction-based mechanism, that was it to be adjusted fluidly instead of incrementally, giving you increased positioning possibilities. It is also proven to be more durable and long-lasting. 

Your snare is held in place by the HS80LOW’s Escape claws. These claws feature rubber cushions designed to maximize security and minimise contact, in turn minimising energy transfer to the stand. By doing so, your snare will retain as much of its resonant voice as possible. The rubber cushions also act as effective shock absorbers, reducing the amount of impact force that travels back up through your sticks and over time, potentially causing damage to your hand and arm joints. The HS80LOW’s Glide-Tite mechanism provides a secure grip joint that uses metal to metal contact to maximize stability and your snares' resonant qualities.

This brilliant piece of hardware features double-braced legs which, working in compliance with the stand's low centre of gravity, ensure that your snare drum is not going to suffer from the wobbles. It is also equipped with an asymmetrical swivel basket that fits perfectly around your snare drum's symmetrical lug layout.
