Painstakingly hand crafted using the ancient 14-step Proprietary Patina process, which involves using a hot torch to hand create the cymbal, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. Through this almost unbelievably tough process, Zildjian have produced perhaps the most identical sounding and looking version of these legendary cymbals to date, and naturally in doing so have created some of the most desirable cymbals in their entire current catalouge.

Glistening with breathtaking purity, even the untrained ear will realise the quality of this supreme Zildjian Kerope 20" Ride. Incomparable levels of warmth and richness give it the feeling and sound of years and years of performance within a tone that is shockingly close to the '50s originals.

For quick and rythmic playing, the Zildjian Kerope 20" Ride is fantastically controllable, and reacts responisvely with a complex, slightly soft but extremely warm tone that can elevate to huge levels of projection as your playing pressure increases. If you'd prefer to hit it with a heavy crashing style, it will react to you with a warm, full bodied sound with heavy projection. When played upon the bell, it sings out with a soothing, perfectly balanced "ping".
