About DeliveryZildjian's S Family 14" Mastersound Hi-Hat Cymbals offer players a bright, shimmering sound with a well-balanced tone and modern vibe. They are forged from a B12 alloy that has been specifically formulated to imbue the cymbals with an ideal balance of lows, mids and highs frequencies. While their hand-hammered and fully-lathed finish instils a fresh crispness and a shimmering wash.
These ‘Mastersound’ hats have a bolder attack than the regular S family hats and a ‘chick’ sound that is more pronounced and cutting thanks to their hammered grooves that allow air to escape faster. Although these hats have a modern edge to their vibe, they have such a well-balanced EQ and clarity that they would likely drop into any genre of music and sit well.
