We are returning to our regular opening hours of 10am - 6pm from Monday 29th June.
The safety of our customers and staff is of utmost importance so we will be putting a number of restrictions in place to ensure everyone is kept safe.
We will be limiting the number of customers allowed in to the store to TWO customers per floor at any one time. This means we will be operating queues outside with a one out, one in system in place. Please do not arrive in groups larger than two people as we will not be able to allow access to all group members at the same time. Once you’re in store, we ask that you use hand sanitizer (provided by us) and maintain a 1m distance from other customers and members of staff. The wearing of masks and gloves is encouraged.
Our website has been exceptionally busy and stock is moving out the doors fast and frequently, we strongly advise calling to check availability before travelling to the store.
Ideally you would order on our website and choose the click and collect option at checkout, this ensures we’ll be able to have your goods ready for a fast collection and in a lot of cases will mean you’d not have to enter the store at all as we can arrange a curb side pickup.
We are now able to offer repairs in store again with some new processes in place. When you bring your instrument to us, it will be quarantined in store for three days before we can start working on it. You will be given an estimated date of completion at the time of booking in your repair.
We’re looking forward to seeing you in store but the safety of all visitors and staff is our primary concern, please understand that we have to have these restrictions in place and that we will always be operating with a safety first mentality. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to the premises if we feel that safety measures cannot be upheld.
