Guitar Department Sales Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced guitar sales assistant to work at Wembley Music Centre.

Reporting to the Guitar Department Manager, the successful candidate will be well versed in both legacy and the latest must have guitar gear. An ability to demonstrate guitars, amps, pedals and other common guitar products is essential. You will have strong communication skills, and be comfortable using computer systems and common software packages. Training for bespoke software and systems will be provided. Knowledge and experience with operating a digital ePos system is beneficial.

You must possess a good telephone manner, display sound interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be able to multi-task. Most importantly, you should be friendly with an outgoing personality and enjoy working as part of a team.

The store is open from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Successful applicants will be expected to work up to 40 hours per week across these times. Working Saturdays will be a requirement.

Warehouse Staff

We require someone to join our busy Wembley based Warehouse. The successful candidate will be comfortable lifting heavy loads and will be responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods are processed correctly.

We require someone with strong organisational skills who will be able to make their mark on the warehouse and really take control of the day to day warehouse responsibilities.

Ideally you will be a musician in either the drum or guitar world though this is not strictly a requirement.
