Drum Department Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the one of the largest drum shop's in Europe!

We are searching for an experienced shop manager for our drum department. the ideal candidate will have experience in a senior role within the musical instrument retail industry.

You will be responsible for managing our team of drum specialists and ensuring all standards are upheld. A large part of the job will entail liaising with brand Reps and ordering stock from our existing suppliers and researching and presenting new brands for consideration.

A deep knowledge of and ability to demonstrate Acoustic and Electric Drums, Snares, Cymbals, Percussion and other drum related items is required.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable using all the common software packages. Training for bespoke software and systems will be provided.

You must possess a good telephone manner, display sound interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be able to multi-task.

Drum Department Sales Staff - Full Time

We require a shop assistant to work in our busy Wembley retail store.

This is a customer facing retail position. As such, a working knowledge and ability to demonstrate Acoustic and Electric Drums, Snares, Cymbals, Percussion and other drum related items is required.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable using all the common software packages. Training for bespoke software and systems will be provided.

You must possess a good telephone manner, display sound interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be able to multi-task. Most importantly, you should be friendly with an outgoing personality and enjoy working as part of a team.

Previous retail experience is an advantage.

The store is open Monday to Saturday 10am – 6pm, you will be required to work Saturdays with a day off in the week.

Part Time Warehouse Staff

We have an opening for part time warehouse staff. This role has the potential to become full time in the future. The successful candidate will be well organised and self motivated with a good eye for detail. You will be responsible for booking in deliveries and preparing stock to be sent out to customers amongst other day to day tasks.
