The Boss Dual Cube Bass LX features a custom stereo speaker system in a cleverly designed, ultra-compact cabinet that together, yields a rich sound with a fullness that belies its size. This is an amp that will easily sit upon your desktop and is ideal for home practice, even coming with an array of onboard practice aids - but when the practice stops and it's time to perform, this amp is able to punch well above its weight, offering a variety of connectivity options so it can be used in live settings.

The Dual Cube Bass LX has five different preamp types that provide a solid tonal foundation for a variety of styles, from vintage, to modern, to clean studio or funky slap. Each type possesses an authentic, natural feel and a perfect response. Once your mode is decided, you have a comprehensive control panel with which to hone your desired sound. You can add compression or drive, touch wah, flanger, chorus, delay or reverb. Each amp type offers three user memories to save and recall EQ and effect setups. You can even connect your Dual Cube Bass LX to your computer and access a comprehensive Editor so you can dive deeper into adjusting your sound. 

A powerful onboard Rhythm Guide presents you with nine rhythm types, each with three pattern variations, ranging from a basic metronome up to realistic drum grooves based in various musical genres, designed to support you during your practice sessions. The aforementioned Using the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor allows you to explore up to 91 rhythm variations and then save your favourites onboard the amp. 

For the modern musician, connectivity is key, and the Dual Cube Bass LX offers a great amount of options to ensure maximum communication. The amp supports Bluetooth so you can use your smart device for wireless control (via an optional Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor), while stereo XLR line output allows you to connect directly to PA systems. USB and i-CUBE-link ports are great for home studio use - and the option to power the amp via AC or batteries means that you transport this portable amp and play absolutely anywhere.
