The HS100W Snare Stand's Cradle-hold snare basket can take 12" - 15" snare drums and allows lower snare positioning compared to other stands. Adjusting the basket spread is done simply by loosening a T-nut on the arm, while the key bolt operated 'Preset Quick-Change Basket Sizing' grants rapid snare change overs. The claws on the arm tips securely grip your snare drum, while providing minimum contact to enhance resonance.  Tama's legendary Omni-ball tilter supports the basket, offering flexible angle adjustments without compromising on stability. 

Furthermore, the combination of Tama's 'Glide-Tite Grip Joint' and 'True Sound Isolation Mute' results in maximum drum isolation; meaning the stand does not hinder the sound of the drum and thus maximizing resonance. Finally, the double braced legs have oversized rubber feet with retractable spikes, offering optimal stability in any gigging scenario.
