Crafted out of B20 bronze and with a sandblasted finish, the look is familiar. What you will notice though, however, is the different shape cutouts in this 16” cymbal. It is these that help to fully convert this cymbal from a crash to a trash crash. The result is a low pitched cymbal with incredible attack and wonderful stick definition, that delivers several voices all at once to achieve that popular, well sought-after trash sound. When using it to ride, the cymbal is washy and full, but with one strike, even with the shorter sustain, all kinds of nuances are clearly present which grants this cymbal an authoritative voice.
