The Meinl Classics Custom Dark 14" Hi Hat Cymbals produce a sound with some serious volume. Punchy and aggressive, yet not without warmth and sensitivity, these hats are ideal for a variety of genres but excel when required to open up fully, so rock and metal drummers will really love them.

These hats are subject to additional hammering, bearing high-pitched stick definition a loud and cutting - but pleasantly well-rounded and warm - pedal “chick”. They sound great when being washed through a groove and easily hold their own against the most aggressive and intense sounding distortion.
