The MXR Custom Shop Hybrid Fuzz is a powerful Effects Pedal that generates both classic Fuzz Face distortion effects along with a kind of dry, ‘high desert’ grinding fuzz, and everything in between. 

Using the pedals simple Output and Fuzz controls, you are able to access a wide range of Fuzz Face-esque psychedelic distortion, made possible by the Hybrid Fuzz’s unique circuitry that combines the high-gain aggression of a silicon transistor and the smooth warmth of a germanium transistor. On the other end of the spectrum, you can access some amazing high-desert grinding fuzz suitable for monstrous riffage.
