The Protection Racket 10" x 8" RIMS Standard Tom Case is a high-quality egg-shaped protective case for 10 x 8” toms with a fitted RIMS mount. Many standard round cases do not have the space to accommodate drums with fitted mounts, so Protection Racket has answered the call with an egg-shaped case that has that vital extra space.

This case features a Racketex High abrasion resistance 600 denier polyester exterior which is water-proof and is designed to handle even the most extreme climatic conditions. The interior is lined with Propile, a non-abrasive synthetic fleece, and sandwiched in between is a Propadd Superior dual-density foam. Hard on the outside and soft on the inside, this lightweight foam provides a brilliant amount of strength & rigidity and its shock-absorbing properties dissipate impact forces.

This brilliant case also features a bonded nylon, a non-rot thread that is double stitched to provide twice the strength; webbing on handles and seams with a massive 1,500-kilo breaking strength; satin-finished, rust-proof nickel-plated steel zip pulleys and even a handy luggage tag.
