This fantastic throne features a Glide-Tite Grip Joint, an innovative new seat-to-base joint that dramatically reduces the wobble and sway often found on most drum stools. You get an ultra-firm connection thanks to the Glide-Tite’s metal-to-metal contact joint design which negates the need for a typical nylon bushing as found on most stools. Its this bushing that is often the cause of any unwanted movement, so the Glide-Tite completely does away with it.

To provide a solid foundation for the Glide-Tite Grip Joint, the tripod base features a longer centre bar which gives the stool a lower centre of gravity, which when combined with a set of high-grip oversized rubber feet , makes this stool as solid as a rock. A very comfortable rock.

This throne is easy to adjust and sets up quickly and consistently. It features the patented 1st Chair Height Adjustment system, which combines the fast adjustment of a T-bolted system with precision height adjustment of a threaded rod.
